We were introduced to the equipment we would be using during this course. We were told the 'do's and don'ts' and shown how each bit of equipment worked.
We were introduced to four key bits of equipment; the camera, the memory card, the battery and the tripod.
We were shown how to do the basics with the camera how to turn it on and off and how to replay any filming. We were then shown how the to insert the memory card into the allocated slots. Then we were shown how to attach the battery and make sure it was in properly. We then were given the tripod and taught how to put it up and how to attach the camera to it, making sure it was attached properly. We all hard a go at doing everything to make sure we each knew what to do.
